FIRST.- ORGANIZING ENTITY
The entity BED4U HOTELS will develop a free raffle in order to promote the hotels of the chain.
SECOND.- TERRITORIAL, TEMPORARY SCOPE, PARTICIPANTS
This promotion will be valid and will be announced on the same day and time as the publication of the post on Facebook, and will continue until May 21, 2018 .
All users who are legal residents of Spain over 18 years of age who answer correctly the question that Bed4U Hotels asks in the promotion announcement will be able to participate in the promotion.
The right to participate in this draw is completely free.
THIRD.- OBJECT
The objective of this promotion is to publicize the hotels of the Bed4U Hotels brand among all the participants in this promotion as well as to promote the image of the brand on this social network.
FOURTH.- AWARDS
The prize of this promotion consists of a FREE STAY (1 night) with buffet breakfast included, for a FAMILY of maximum 4 people (2 adults + 2 children / 2 adults + 1 child / 1 adult + 3 children) - To choose between Bed4U Castejón and Bed4U Tudela hotels - and 2 CHILDREN'S TICKETS (5 to 11 years) FOR SENDAVIVA
Prize conditions:
- The prize may in no case be subject to change, alteration, cash compensation or assignment at the request of the winner / s.
- The participation of the same person through different Facebook profiles is strictly prohibited.
- The commercialization and / or sale of the prize or the right to obtain it is prohibited.
- Bed4U Hotels is not responsible for the use made of the prize by the winner.
- The waiver of the prize will not give any right to compensation or compensation.
- The winner, once the instructions mentioned in section SIX of the legal bases have been fulfilled, must make their reservation, by telephone, at the selected Bed4U Hotels at least 15 days before the day of arrival at the hotel, always being subject to the availability. The winner of the award will be published from 10:00 a.m. on May 21, 2018 , the next business day after the closing date for participation. The winner will be published on the Bed4U Hotels Facebook page.
The participant must send a private message through the inbox of the Facebook page, with their personal data and email address to send the prize, within 7 calendar days from the date of notification of their status as winner. .
The period for claiming the prizes will end after these 7 calendar days after the date of publication of the winner of this promotion.
The winner must make their reservation, by phone, at the selected Bed4U Hotels at least 15 days before the day of arrival at the hotel, always subject to hotel availability. The winner will be able to redeem their prize until December 31, 2017 (excluding national holidays).
EIGHTH.- USE OF THE IMAGE OF THE WINNERS AND THE MATERIAL THROUGH WHICH THEY PARTICIPATE
