You already know that we have a restless spirit and that we like to listen to you to change and improve. Well, after a long time shaping it, comings and goings, taking off and putting on… we can finally show you our new “reception project” for the hotel in Castejón.

Of the entire renovation, the first thing that catches your eye is the beautiful decorative mural that occupies the entire main wall of the room and that shows the tourist destination par excellence of the Ribera de Navarra: the Bardenas Reales. Admittedly, the choice was unbeatable. We assure you that live it impresses! But its function is not only aesthetic.

In addition to turning the space into a modern and inspiring reception area, this new wall separates and organizes the entrances to the building, on the one hand for those attending weddings and events, and on the other hand, for the guests staying at the hotel, favoring the intimacy of some and a better reception experience of others.

Quick or slow check-in?

As in everything, to taste the colors. In the hotel world, there are clients who prefer to be at their own pace: arrive, collect their key and go up to the room without having to have a “too deep” conversion with the person who receives them; And there are those who like the detail in the attention: explanations about schedules, recommendations on tourism in the area and even comment on the time it has made them during the trip. In order to respond to the needs of each of them, we have arranged two different areas at the hotel reception:

High counter area: for dynamic receptions.
Low counter area: that allows the tourist to take a seat and position to ask everything they need quietly. This option also considerably improves accessibility for people with reduced mobility, who, of course, have the same right as others to enjoy their getaway or vacation.
